The features of crystal structures, thermo-mechanical properties and their dominant mechanisms of weberites RE3NbO7 were studied as high-temperature oxides. We concentrated on connections between structures and thermo-mechanical properties, the influences of bond lengths, lattice distortion degrees and microstructures on these properties were estimated. The shortening of bond length and increment of bonding strength would lead to the increase of mechanical properties. The Vickers hardness (4.5-7.8 GPa) and toughness (0.5-1.6 MPa·m1/2) of weberites RE3NbO7 are enhanced by grain refinement and increment of bond strength, while crystal structures, bond lengths, and lattice distortion degrees influenced their Young's modulus (100-170 GPa). Nano-indentation was applied to test the influence of microstructures on modulus and hardness. The dominant mechanisms for mechanical properties and thermal conductivity were proposed, which was conducive to properties tailoring and engineering applications of weberites RE3NbO7 oxides. 相似文献

This work aimed to study the comprehensive effects of photo-oxidation and biodegradation on different failure stages of polyester coatings,which were exposed to the tropical rainforest atmosphere.The surface morphology,aging products,local aging characteristics and electrochemical behavior of the coatings were characterized with scanning electron microscope(SEM),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and high-resolution dispersive Raman microscope.The results showed that the surface of coatings became rougher and fungal hyphae distributed more densely on surface with the increasing of exposure time.From the aspect of polymer structure,the ultraviolet radiation destroyed the main chain of polyester through the photo-oxidation process,resulting in the breakage of aliphatic ester bonds and the formation of esters.Further,the metabolites of fungi can promote the hydrolysis of oligomers produced by the photo-oxidation.In a short,the photo-oxidation could facilitate the biodegradation of the coating.With the synergistic effect of UV photo-oxidation and fungal biodegradation,a rapid diffusion tunnel between the coating surface and the metal substrate was established at the pore defects of the coating,which finally accelerated the corrosion failure process of the coating.The main corrosion products includeα-Fe2O3,ZnO and Zn5(OH)6(CO3)2. 相似文献

Normalizing the tumor-induced immune deficiency in the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME) through increasing the efficient infiltration and activation of antitumoral immunity in TME is the core of promising immunotherapy. Herein, a Cyclo(Arg-Gly-Asp-d -Phe-Lys) (RGD) peptides-modified combinatorial immunotherapy system based on the self-assembly of the nanoparticles named RGD-DMA composed of RGD-PEG-PLA, methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(lactide) (MPEG-PLA) and 1,2-Dioleoyl-3-trimethylammonium-propane (DOTAP) is used to codeliver the immunostimulatory chemokine CCL19-encoding plasmid DNA (CCL19 pDNA) and immune checkpoint ligand PD-L1 inhibitor (BMS-1). The RGD-DMA/pCCL19-BMS-1 system not only exhibited significant inhibition of tumor progression but also induced locally high concentrations of immunostimulatory cytokines at tumor sites without causing an obviously systemic inflammatory response. The immunosuppressive TME is efficaciously reshaped by the coadministration of RGD-DMA/pCCL19 and BMS-1, as indicated by the activated T lymphocytes, increased intratumoral-infiltration of mature dendritic cells (DCs), and the repolarization of macrophages from pro-tumoral M2-phenotype toward tumoricidal M1-phenotype. The upregulated PD-L1 expression at tumor sites caused by the increased IFN-γ levels after immunostimulatory gene therapy further demonstrated the synergistic effects of BMS-1 in counteracting the inhibitory role of PD-L1 expression in antitumor immunity. Therefore, the combination of immunostimulating therapy and immune checkpoint inhibitor that synergistically target multiple immune regulatory pathways demonstrates significant potential as a novel immunotherapy approach. 相似文献

目的:三文鱼营养丰富,含有ω-3不饱和脂肪酸,深受大众喜爱,但存在产品标签标示错误、掺伪掺假、以次充好的现象。目前采用检测标准SN/T 3589.7—2013《出口食品中常见鱼类及其制品的鉴伪方法第七部》对鲑鱼成分检测,无法区分大西洋鲑鱼和其他种类的三文鱼。因此有必要建立一种用于区分上述几种三文鱼的快速检测方法。方法:研究建立了针对大西洋鲑鱼成分鉴定的实时荧光PCR法,并对该方法的特异性和检出限进行了验证。结果:该方法具有良好的特异性,检出限为1%(w/w)。结论:可应用于大西洋鲑鱼的日常检测,为监管部门提供技术支持。 相似文献

Metathesis degradation and functionalization of natural rubber (NR) were conducted with 1-hexene, 1-octene, 1-decene, 1-dodecene, trans-stilbene, and 4,4′-dibromo-trans-stilbene as chain transfer agents (CTAs) in presence of Grubbs 2nd generation catalyst to generate NR-based telechelic oligomers that had been a long-lasting challenge due to the structure and compositions of NR with various impurities. Orthogonal experiments were applied and the effects of the CTA type, CTA concentration, catalyst concentration, reaction time, and reaction temperature on the formation of telechelic oligomers were studied, indicating that the catalyst concentration was the major factor influencing the number average molecular weights (Mn) and polymer dispersity index (PDI) of telechelic oligomers. The structures of the oligomers were characterized using 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and MALDI-TOF-MS, which confirmed the formation of the designed terminal groups. The results showed that well-defined telechelic oligomers with a Mn of a few thousand and a PDI around 1.6 were obtained, with potential applications in binder, lubricant and many other fields. 相似文献

Ending group halogenation is an effective strategy for modulating the energy levels, bandgaps, and intermolecular interactions of nonfullerene acceptors. Understanding the influence of different halogen atoms on the acceptor properties is of great importance for designing high-performance nonfullerene acceptors. Here, three acceptor–donor–acceptor (A-D-A) type nonfullerene acceptors (M5, M6, and M7), which are constructed by using a ladder-type heteroheptacene core without the traditional sp3 carbon-bonded side chains as the electron-rich core, and 2-(3-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-ylidene)malononitrile without or with halogen atoms as the ending groups. The nonfullerene acceptors with chlorinated (M6) and brominated (M7) ending groups exhibit broadened absorption spectra, down-shifted energy levels, and enhanced molecular ordering compared to the counterpart without any halogenated ending groups (M5). Among the nonfullerene acceptors, M6 has the strongest intermolecular π π interaction with its shortest π π interaction distance and the longest coherent length which are beneficial for enhancing the charge transport and therefore boosting the photovoltaic performance. An excellent power conversion efficiency of 15.45% is achieved for the best-performing polymer solar cell based on M6. These results suggest that the halogenated ending groups are essential for high-performance heteroheptacene-based nonfullerene acceptors considering their simultaneous enhancements in both the light-harvesting and the charge transport. 相似文献

A sustainable power source is a key technical challenge for practical applications of electrically responsive soft robots, especially the required voltage is over several thousand volts. Here, a practicable new technology, triboelectric soft robot (TESR) system with the primary characteristics of power source from mechanical energy, is developed. At its heart is TESR with bioinspired architectures made of soft-deformable body and two triboelectric adhesion feet, which is driven and accurately controlled through triboelectric effect, while reaching maximum crawling speeds of 14.9 mm s−1 on the acrylic surface. The characteristics of the TESR, including displacement and force, are tested and simulated under the power of a rotary freestanding triboelectric nanogenerator (RF-TENG). Crawling of TESR is successfully realized on different materials surfaces and different angle slopes under the driven of RF-TENG. Furthermore, a real-time visual monitoring platform, in which TESR carries a micro camera to transmit images in a long narrow tunnel, is also achieved successfully, indicating that it can be used for fast diagnosis in an area inaccessible to human beings in the future. This study offers a new insight into the sustainable power source technologies suitable for electrically responsive soft robots and contributes to expanding the applicability of TENGs. 相似文献

Anti-washout and tissue adhesion properties are essential for the clinical application of injectable bone materials. In this study, we prepared calcium phosphate cement (CPC) with anti-washout and tissue adhesion properties and attempted to build covalent bonds between CPC and the amino groups in bone tissue under a self-regulating pH system in the CPC (acidic to basic). The results of push-out tests demonstrated that a significant enhancement (from 6.42 ± 0.76 N to 61.5 ± 4.09 N) in tissue adhesion was obtained with the addition of 6% (w/w) oxidized sodium alginate (OSA) in CPC. The FTIR, XRD, anti-washout test, XPS, pH test, and SEM results suggested that the synergistic effect of OSA-citric acid (CA) led to the formation of a three-dimensional gel network structure in the CPC, and the Schiff base reaction between aldehyde and amino groups induced adhesion between CPC and the bone tissue. Further, the addition of less OSA had no significant negative effect on the hydration properties of CPC. Tissue engineering has been developed with the aim of improving the regeneration and recovery of impaired tissues and organs. Biodegraded scaffolds serve the aforementioned functions and can also be decomposed by means of metabolism. They have no biological toxicity and save patients from injuries by the second surgery, which makes biodegradable scaffolds a new development trend in the tissue engineering. In this study, the textile engineering and chemical crosslinking techniques are employed to produce biodegradable polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) hollow braids, serving as the tissue engineering scaffolds. The process involves two types of products, including the twisted yarns and hollow braids. The twist number of PVA twisted yarns is changed to form different PVA twisted yarns, which are then used to braided into hollow braids via the braiding technology. Therefore, the hollow braids are basically composed three types of PVA twisted yarns. Next, the surface observation, mechanical properties, and degradation of the products are then evaluated. The test results indicate that PVA twisted yarns exhibit the optimal mechanical properties when being twisted with 3 turns/inch. Any higher twist counts result in over twist in the twisted yarns. The optimal hollow braids are composed of PVA twisted yarns with a twist counts being 3 turns/inch. Afterwards, hollow braids are crosslinking with genipin, thereby obtaining greater mechanical strength of 23.6 N and higher decomposition rate of 0.8. The specified hollow braids are suitable for the use as tissue engineering scaffolds. 相似文献
